In his capacity as Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Mills oversees the development and implementation of the firm’s investment strategy, evaluates prospective acquisitions and development opportunities, coordinates capital deployment, and works with management, operators, legal counsel, accounting professionals, and other advisors to maintain disciplined oversight of the firm’s investment and operating activities.

Ryan Miller is a Co-Founder, Managing Member, and Chief Operating Officer of Nexus Petroleum Group, LLC. Mr. Miller oversees the Company's day-to-day operations, organizational execution, and implementation of its business strategy, including maintaining operational discipline across the organization, overseeing key business functions, and supporting the execution of the Company's investment and strategic objectives.

Erica Bonham serves as Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Nexus Petroleum Group. In her roles, she drives financial strategy, oversees audits and evaluations, manages comprehensive compliance frameworks and reporting processes for both internal operations and external partnerships, and supports the company's marketing leadership and strategic communications. Her leadership is instrumental in ensuring operational excellence, aligning financial and marketing initiatives with Nexus Petroleum Group's strategic goals, and building transparency for investor and client confidence.

Senior investment executive with 17 years of experience across private equity, pre-IPO investing, mergers and acquisitions, and quantitative investment management. He currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Nexus Petroleum Group and as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer of i3 Investment Partners, where he oversees investment strategy, capital allocation, enterprise risk, and operational execution across public and private markets.
