A DPP lets you invest directly in oil and gas drilling operations. You own a working interest in physical wells — not shares in a corporation.
Nexus Petroleum Group serves as the general partner and manages operations.
Option to participate as GP or LP.
You receive your share of production income and tax benefits.
IDC deductions (60–80% of well costs) are fully deductible in year one.
IDC deductions and depletion; loss treatment depends on structure (LP vs. GP).
