How Our Oil & Gas Investment Projects Work

Each project is structured as a direct participation program. Accredited investors receive working interest ownership in physical oil and gas assets.

As an investor, you receive:

  • Your proportional share of production revenue — distributed monthly or quarterly
  • Pass-through tax benefits including IDC deductions and depletion allowances
  • Schedule K-1 reporting for your tax filings

This geographic diversification is intentional. Operating in multiple states and formations reduces the concentration risk of single-basin exposure.

Different formations respond differently to price changes and have different decline profiles. By spreading across plays, we protect investors while keeping the focus on proven opportunities.
