Indemnification

Choice of Law and Arbitration

The laws of the State of California govern these Terms. Nexus Petroleum Group makes no representation that the Portal is operated in compliance with the laws of any nation but the United States. If you are located outside the United States, you view this website and access the Portal at your own risk and initiative.

By accessing the Portal you agree that in the event of any dispute between you and Nexus Petroleum Group and its Related Parties, you will first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute at least 60 days before instituting any formal proceeding. You must bring all disputes with Nexus Petroleum Group within one year of obtaining knowledge of the cause of action forming the basis of the dispute.
