Bear Lake interests vary across the Gummy Bear, Warner, and Ruh State well groups. The model uses portfolio averages from the Bear Lake LP book. Three Forks uses a separate combined production approach because its input already reflects partnership NRI.
Important Modeling Assumptions
Bear Lake, LP: The default assumes 550 barrels of oil per day for each of 16 wells at $95 per barrel. The calculation applies 365 days and the average partnership NRI of 1.378192%, followed by the investor's selected fraction of 39 partnership units. It includes 7.5% modeled operating costs and 5.2824% modeled severance taxes.
The Bear Lake LP book uses 352 BOEPD as its Year 1 NRI-weighted analog assumption. The default 550 BOPD is a hypothetical oil-only scenario, not a documented forecast of actual well production. No separate gas revenue is modeled.
Three Forks, LP: The model uses 72,726 illustrative combined annual net NRI barrels across three wells at a default oil price of $95 per barrel. The input is not multiplied by three or adjusted by NRI a second time. The model applies a 10% illustrative severance-tax allowance and a 0% operating-cost placeholder.
Neither model includes a complete partnership distribution waterfall. Production, pricing, expenses, and tax treatment are uncertain. Revenue comparisons are not net returns on investment, and investors could lose their contributed capital.
